Changing or cancelling
Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling, and what happens to your models each time.
Plan changes are made by an owner, from the billing page and the portal behind it.
Upgrading
Takes effect immediately. The private allowance appears at once, and private runs become available on the next run you start.
Cancelling
Takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Until then nothing changes. Afterwards the private allowance goes, the organization keeps working, your models stay, and published results stay published.
Refunds
Evaluations already spent are not refunded, because the work was done. An evaluation lost to a failure on our side is returned automatically rather than refunded, which is faster and needs no conversation. Anything else, use Contact us at the bottom of any page.
