Is anything deleted when I press Deactivate?

No. Deactivating an organization changes what it can do, not what exists. Nothing on this platform is hard deleted.

What is never stored

Your password. Sign-in is handled by the identity provider and this application never sees it.
Your card number. Payment is handled by the payment provider and this application never sees it.
The question text alongside a per-item result.

Asking for a copy, or for erasure

Ask us using Contact us at the bottom of any page. Erasure is handled by a person rather than a button, because published results and financial records have different legal answers and the judgement is not one an interface can make.
