The run has been queued for a long time.

Queued means no worker has picked it up. If it lasts more than a few minutes, tell us: it is our side, not yours.

Can my colleague watch the same run?

Yes. Anybody in the organization sees it, including viewers.

Can I see which items it got wrong?

You see a per-item breakdown for your own runs: the category, whether it was correct or declined, and the answer letter. You never see the question or the choices, because those are not stored with the result.

While a run is going

What the progress view shows, and what you can safely do while you wait.

The progress view shows the run's status as it changes. It updates by itself, and closing the page does not stop anything.

The statuses

Status	Means
Queued	Accepted and waiting for a worker.
Running	Your endpoint is being called.
Scoring	Answers are being marked. Your endpoint is finished with.
Complete	There is a result.
Failed	It stopped and there is no score. The reason is shown.
Canceled	Somebody in your organization stopped it.

Being told when it finishes

We email the person who started the run when it completes or fails, and again if a Community result is approved for publication. There is nothing to configure.
