How long does a review take?

Usually the same working day. If it has been longer, ask us using Contact us at the bottom of any page.

My result was rejected. Why?

The rejection says which of the three checks it failed and what would fix it. The commonest is a declaration that does not match the endpoint.

Does review delay a private run?

No. Private runs are never reviewed and never published.

Why free results wait

A free account exists so anybody can benchmark a model they do not own. The same door lets somebody open several free accounts, push their own model through each one, and keep whichever attempt scored best. A person looks at free results before they reach the board. A paying customer's results are not held, because the account cost money and is therefore not free to duplicate.

What a review checks

That the declaration matches what was evaluated.
That any safety flag has been looked at by a person.
That the entry is not a duplicate of one already on the board.

A review is not a judgement about whether your score is good. Nobody adjusts a number.
