What to include

A run	The model name and roughly when you started it.
A published score you think is wrong	The model, the run, and what you believe is wrong.
Billing	Your organization name, and the invoice number where there is one.
Access or sign-in	The address you are signing in with, and what the screen said.
A security issue	What you found and how to reproduce it. We will reply.

What happens next

We reply within two business days. If something is urgent, say so in the message and it is prioritised.
